Bad side of New Year's Resolutions

Again. Don't make resolutions, but make a list of realistic goals that serves as checklist for things you may want (can perceive) to achieve this year. Do not concentrate on the negative cause of it, but concentrate on the opportunities. That's why there's a thing called New Year. It's a fresh start. Resolutions are euphemisms of ideal and most often unrealistic goals. Don't fall into that cyclical trap.

“New Year’s resolutions can sometimes focus on our problems or insecurities such as being overweight, feeling unhappy in our jobs or feeling guilty about not devoting enough time to friends and family throughout the year,” said Mind Chief Executive Paul Farmer. - manilatimes

And also, don't overstress yourselves.
