The Firefox 3 experience

I've been using IE ever since, until I met Mitch that is. He literally introduced me to Firefox and explained using gazillion reasons why it's better than IE. He claimed that it's practically virus-free, easier to use and yada yada yada. (The Yada just means it's too techie for me to explain or I've completely jumbled the information). So, since 2005, I've been a Firefox user, and I kind of liked it.

For the past few months I've been randomly reading about the new Firefox version 3. It even set the record to "most downloaded" in a day. Developers love it. Users love it and Mozilla's loving the returns. I even read the article about a certain cake the IE team gave to the Firefox Team. It was funny, sweet and kind of sarcastic, but it's kind of expected when statistically Firefox is faring way better than IE. It doesn't help that independent users, bloggers and analysts attest to it.

I'm happy to know that my broswer in the office is now Firefox 3. It's sleeker, friendlier looking and "snappier". In terms of website security information, convenience and customization Firefox claims to be better. And I couldn't be much happier!

Me too, I'm new at this. I'm currently exploring every nook & cranny features of this thing. But if given a choice, I would still use Firefox 2

If it's not broken why fix it?
